Scope and who we are

This policy explains how Agency Logics handles information on myagencylogics.com, including its grade tool, example sites, contact flows, and checkout pages. Agency Logics is the controller of information collected directly through this site. Payment details entered in Stripe Checkout are handled by Stripe under its own privacy terms.

Information we collect

• Information you provide: website URL, name, email, phone number, project details, package selections, and messages.
• Transaction information: selected products, payment status, amount, and Stripe transaction identifiers. We do not receive your complete payment-card number.
• Optional analytics information: pages viewed, approximate region, device/browser type, referral source, campaign parameters, interactions, scroll depth, and conversion events, only when analytics is allowed.
• Operational information: security, request, and error logs generated by our hosting providers to operate and protect the site.

We do not use browser fingerprinting, keystroke capture, or hidden identity-enrichment tools on visitors.

How we use information

• Provide grade reports, examples, checkout, purchased services, and customer support.
• Respond to inquiries and follow up about the request or offer a visitor submitted.
• Measure traffic sources, funnel steps, site performance, and conversions when analytics is allowed.
• Prevent fraud, protect the site, comply with law, and enforce agreements.

We limit collection to information reasonably related to these purposes and do not use submitted information for materially different purposes without appropriate notice or permission.

When information is disclosed

We disclose information to service providers that help operate the site and fulfill requests, including Cloudflare for hosting and security, Google Analytics and Meta (Facebook) Pixel when you allow analytics, GoHighLevel for contact and sales-pipeline management, and Stripe for checkout and payment processing. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction.

We do not sell personal information for money. When you allow analytics, the Meta Pixel shares limited visitor and conversion information with Meta so we can measure and improve our own advertising, which may be used for cross-context behavioral advertising and ad personalization on Meta's platforms. It is blocked entirely until you allow analytics, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

Cookies, site data, and analytics choices

Necessary browser storage remembers your privacy choice and supports core functions. Google Analytics, Cloudflare Web Analytics, and the Meta Pixel load only after you allow analytics. Google advertising storage, advertising user data, ad personalization, and Google Signals remain disabled.

Retention and security

We retain contact, transaction, and service records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Analytics retention is configured within the analytics provider and should be reviewed periodically. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, sharing, or profiling. You may also appeal a decision where applicable. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Children and international visitors
