You may cancel for a full refund before paid build, final customization, or launch work begins. After paid work starts, any cancellation refund is limited to the unearned portion of the fee, except where your accepted order or applicable law provides otherwise.

Payment confirms this package and authorizes the customized build. If you have reviewed a business-specific preview, payment also approves that preview and any agreed changes. A free preview does not count as paid work.
