Northgate Comfort Systems was founded in 2018 by a technician who kept noticing the same gap: homeowners were building genuinely smart homes, then getting a decades-old HVAC quote bolted onto it with no integration plan at all.
We size every system with real load calculations and energy modeling, and we pair installs with the same smart thermostats and apps our customers already use for the rest of their home. No separate app, no separate learning curve.
We're a smaller company on purpose. Every install is quoted and reviewed by someone who'll also be on-site for it.
